    To submit your mobile phone for repair, all you have to do is fill out the online service form with complete and accurate device information (Brand, Model, Network, etc.) as well as your contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, etc.) for pick up and delivery.

  • Q. How long does the repair work usually take?

    Repair work usually takes at least 48 hours, however, in some cases we also provide on-the spot service but it may still vary depending on the problem of the mobile phone. Delays may also be expected should outsourced replacement parts be needed to complete the work.

  • Q. Will there be warranty for the repair?

    Yes, there will be a warranty for the repair depending on the package chosen. Should the same problem recur during the said duration, you are entitled to a repair work free of charge.

  • Q. What happend after I provide the necessary information?

    After filling out the service form, you will be instantly provided with an on-screen service quotation. Once you’ve accepted the quotation,’s Customer Care team will get in touch with you.

  • Q. How do I pay for the repair?

    Currently, we only offer Cash On Delivery (COD). We are working on providing more payment options for our clients for a more convenient payment experience.

  • Q. What happens if I reject the revised quotation? shall return the device to you, but you shall shoulder the shipping-related charges.
